What is "Black and WTF"?:
We've all seen plenty of bizarre, awkward photos. This is the internet, after all. Judging from what you've seen, you would probably guess that people being weird in front of the camera started sometime in the 1970s, maybe when the first picture was taken of those obese motor scooter twins. But you would be very wrong. Black and WTF is a tumblog featuring exclusively black and white WTF pictures. While some appear to be relatively modern forgeries, many are legitimately artifacts going back to the ragtime era. A lot of them are of freaks, 'cause back then most people were racist against freaks. Wait, are freaks a race?
